Tofu Oat Veggie Burgers

These simple tofu and oat veggie burgers are quick to whip up and are naturally low in fat. This tofu burger recipe is both vegetarian and vegan. Scroll down for more veggie burger recipes to try.

Ingredients:

  • 1 container firm or extra firm tofu, pressed
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 2 tbsp instant potato flakes
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • oil for frying
