Ingredients:
- 1 container firm or extra firm tofu, pressed
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 carrot, grated
- 2 tbsp instant potato flakes
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- oil for frying
Preparation:
Mash together all ingredients until well combined. Form into patties. Fry in oil on both sides until lightly browned.
